250 grams butter, room temp 1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain flour
1-1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries 1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the bottom of a 20 x 30cm tray.
In a mixing bowl melt butter. Whisk in the sugars and add eggs one at a time, stirring to combine. Add vanilla and stir. Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Fold in the Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, coconut and walnuts. Pour into your prepared tray and bake for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and then cut to desired size when the bars are at room temperature.
