200 grams fresh baby spinach
150 grams Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
1 red onion, sliced

For the dressing:
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
4 tablespoons plain or orange-flavoured honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard


Wash and clean the spinach. Divide evenly among 4 salad plates. Top each plate with 2 tablespoons Craisins® Dried Cranberries and onion slices.

Combine dressing ingredients in a small glass mixing bowl using a wire whisk. Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until warm. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
