6 tablespoons mayonnaise (approx. 90 mL)
Juice of ½ a lime
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cooked, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 medium apple, cored and cubed
150 g Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
2 sticks celery, finely sliced
50 grams pecans, chopped
2 spring onions, finely sliced


Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Best prepared and served within 8 hours.
